-1945025907 | 2013-11-04 | My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 75 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike met containment requirements. There was a domestic gas line on the flow line near the separator. The tank battery was surrounded by a wooden post and heavy gauge wire fence. The proper identification sign was posted. The lease road was in good, stable condition. The well site was graded. Vegetation was well established. Drainage and erosion controls were in place. The pit was filled and closed. All debris was removed. |
