147740352 2013-01-08 The producing unit is comprised of a two-tank battery (2 140-barrel, 1 20-barrel) with mechanical separator and wellhead valve assembly. The tank battery is enclosed in an 8-foot enclosure. A mechanical plunger lift is affixed to the wellhead. The well is currently producting. The secondary containment is adequate. Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination.

1992936051 2015-02-20 I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead mechanical plunger lift and tank battery enclosures are locked and secure. System fittings and connections are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. Load-outs are plugged, locked and secure. ID signage is present and accurate. Access to the unit is shared with the Holiday Inn. At the time of this inspection, there is 12 to 14 inches of snow cover which obscures some surficial features.
