| -1399629920 | 2013-12-02 | This inspection was done at the request of Eugene Chini, O.D.O.G., who was contacted by attorney Susan Howard (419-872-2600) on behalf of a potential buyer for the property on which the well is located. At the time of the inspection there was a small wooden building with a 5' x 5' concrete cellar underneath. There is a hole in the floor of the building that shows an 8 casing just below the level of the floor. There was evidence of oil and some gas bubbling inside the casing and water and oil in the cellar surrounding the casing. No readings of gas were obtained with the gas detector/meter and no sign of any leaking outside of the cellar. The well will be given a new SEM score and reviewed by the Orphan Well Program due to potential Lease Chain issues. |
