1005831867 | 2010-03-08 | Received call from Bill Mitton. 3:20pm Re: will get identification on wells this week. Will attempt to produce and work with the well this spring. Will be bringing a rig down. If not successful will plug the well while rig is in area.
110190193 | 2010-03-01 | Called and talked to Terry Wade at 11:40am Re: Well needs identification. I also requested a written time line on getting the well in production or plugged. Terry said that they have not had a chance since taking over the wells to evaluate and see if it is capable or needs plugged. Terry told me that Bill Mitton is on vacation and will be back in a week. He will have Bill get in touch with me.
1346275546 | 2012-08-29 | Jon Scott and I went to check on status of the plugging process of this well. Knox had moved their service rig, flat bed tractor trailer rig carrying 1.5 production tubing, each stand of pipe 34.1 feet long, and a backhoe. A pit, approximately 10' x 10' x 7' deep and lined with plastic, was dug next to the well for liquid returns while applying plugging cement. Josh and a couple of laborers had attached pipe and hose to the well head and had unloaded water from the well into the pit and they were presently venting gas. They shut it in and quit for the night.
1346439491 | 2012-08-29 | Berry Well service rig is on well. Blowing down well into lined pit. Rig crew plans to pull tubing and down hole pump on 8-30-12. Accompanied by Morgan Button MRI 2.
-1582983810 | 2010-01-14 | No identification. Well is not connected to a production line. A 2 line connected to the annulus has a place for a meter (meter has been removed). Both valves are closed. No gas flow was observed during inspection. A call was made to Bill Mitton (Knox Energy) Voice mail. Re: well status and that well needs identification.
2066499471 | 2008-06-05 | Well site has been reclaimed and pits filled in. Land is now being used for agriculture. Production equipment has been installed. Well needs identification.
237232309 | 2007-11-04 | Surface cement job. No prior notification. I received a call on 11-4-07 at 6:24am from Steve Smith tool Pusher for Bowman. He said that the cement job would be done in a half an hour. I told him to take cement samples from the cement truck and the returns. I went straight to the rig and observed cement returns around the wellhead. Spud date 11-2-07. TD 662' ran 83' conductor ran 642' 85/8 and cemented to the surface.
755427494 | 2008-01-11 | Production equipment has been installed. Electric service is in place and operating. Electric lines are either on poles or buried in conduit. Whole operation looks good. Well is not connected to production lines yet. They are in a testing phase right now. |
