INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1351689346 2012-09-21 Today I witnessed Nethers Brothers wash in approximately 2 tons of clay.
1843549739 2012-03-29 Mr. Gary Nethers requested an inspection of alleged Shannon well(s), Permit Nos. 661-664, currently listed under his father, Mr. Donnie Nethers, Well Owner ID No. 407. An inspection conducted with Mr.Gary Nethers to verify the well locations revealed that this well consisted of 8 and 7 casings with no attached production line. A GPS reading was obtained and the well location was researched. The coordinates were sent to Central Office for verification. It was later determined that said well would not be any of the Permit Nos. listed above therefore, Permit No. 63335 was assigned to this well.
-1997959336 2012-10-03 I inspected this location today. Nethers Brothers was preparing to plug this well. Tools were run to the bottom of the well with the service rig. 80-90 feet was as deep as the tools would go. There was only one string of casing in the well that had a diameter of 6 inches. Research of area water wells on the Div. of Soil & Water's website revealed that there are atleast two water wells (well log #'s 626279 & 624704) within 800 feet with the same approximate depth, although this particular well was not found on the Div. of Soil & Water's water well map. It was determined that this well is a water well.
-208732532 2012-09-26 I inspected this well location accompanied by Jeff Fry. No one working during inspection. This well has been plugged as clay was visible at the surface.
-633427652 2013-12-20 This inspection was conducted as a final restoration status check. The well has been plugged. A pile of clay left over from the plug job is still on location beside the well. Casing has not been cut down. Final restoration is not finished.
-640478468 2012-08-07 A second attempt to locate wells on the Shannon lease was again conducted with Mr. Gary Nethers. The status of this well remains unchanged and is currently idle.
