Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-1238359903 2012-06-18 I was on site to check the status of Nomac Drilling Rig # 245. My inspection revealed that they are drilling the lateral section of the well at 12625'. Inspection of the location revealed no violations.
-1696105122 2015-03-02 I inspected this location to assist Supervisor Tom Hill in following up on Complaint #4948 concerning odors possibly emanating from nearby producing operations. This well pad is 1.2 miles northwest of the complainants residence. I found two (2) producing wells on this pad: PN#s 22121 & 22342. Both wells are equipped with sand separators and fire-heated, gas production units (GPUs). The wells produce to four (4) 400 barrel tanks and a bullet vessel. The tanks are plumbed to a properly functioning vapor recovery unit. I found no source of odor emanating from this location. No violations.
-1992875166 2012-06-25 I was on site to check the status of Nomac Drilling Rig # 245. My inspection revealed that the drilling rig is moving off location and moving to a site in Pennsylvania for Chesapeake. Most of the drilling equipment has been moved off location. The camps (living quarters) and a couple of non-permitted loads still have to be moved off site. Inspection of the containment revealed no fluids or contamination on the liners.
