Formation breakdown 2148 psi and ISIP 1338 psi. 7 casing began to show signs of stretching before formation broke down around 2727 psi, the pressure was let off and no signs of damage were seen at the well head. Pressure was raised and formation broke at 2148.
1340731394 2012-06-08 A mechanical bridge plug was set at 1880 feet. Operations were not witnessed by inspector.
-1803330572 2012-08-27 Witness Liquid Nitrogen foam frac job with sand proppant, gel and 15% HCL on the Berea Sandstone. During initial pressure built at 2727 psi the casing apparently rose and they backed off on the pressure. Subsequent build up on the sand broke at 2145psi.
-566933095 2012-05-24 Hole loaded with water. Berea from 1818-1834 behind 7 casing, which was set at 1940. 7 casing was perforated from 1818-1832 with 29 shots.
