1389667089 | 2013-12-31 | I was on site to check the status of Nomac Drilling Rig # 77. My inspection revealed that Nomac Rig # 77 was drilling the lateral section of the well at 12,100 feet. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. | ||||
180155295 | 2013-09-22 | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 inch conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Precision Rathole has set a 30 inch sleeve to a depth of 12 feet below the base of the tin horn. They drilled a 26 inch hole to a total depth of 120 feet and ran 120 feet of 20 inch conductor casing (94 pound per foot with an inside diameter of 19.124 inches). O-TEX cemented the casing with 250 sacks of ClassH cement 2% CaCl, 1/4 pound per sack cello-flake, and 0.4% C-41P. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, yield of 1.20 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.25 gallons of mix water per sack. O-TEX pumped 53.43 barrels of cement slurry, pumped 39 barrels of displacement, and there was 10 barrels of cement returns to surface. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
