-1351641792 2012-07-13 I witnessed the plugging and abandonment of this well with Mr. Kip Thompson today. On 7/12/12, the fluid was removed with a compressor (not witnessed) prior to plugging. The well was filled solid from total depth to surface with approx 1 yard of 9 sack grout inside 3.5 casing. Note: When this was drilled, the 3.5 casing (annulus) had been cemented to the surface therefore, no casing was retrieved. Instructed company representatives to leave well bore open over the weekend to allow for potential settling and check for leakage. The previously noted violation(s) for non-production have now been resolved.
