Tank storage facility is on site but not yet constructed per application requirements with sand base and 30 mil plastic liner. Spoke with Mar Oil official ( Don) and he advised that the storage area will be divided and reconstructed. The proposed injection well head is located approximately thirty feet away from a water well with artesian flow coming out of the plastic casing. There is also a nearby creek with the site appearing to be in a floodplain area. Mar Oil was also advised to fill in the drilling pits and use tanks during any other drilling.
