-1964190452 2003-07-24 found tank battery not well ;one 210 BBL ,seperator,EOG Drip tank, meter box. Adminative violation bonding.
2068250097 2012-12-17 The unit is comprised of a one-tank battery (1 210-barrel) and a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift, and mechanical separator, which is not enclosed. The well is currently in production. The tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1509:9-9-05 . The loadouts need locked. Unit identification is present and legible at the tank battery. There is no secondary containment at the tank battery. I did not observe any leaks, spills, or other signs of contamination. I called Tim Reilly and advised him about the need for loadout locks and a dike.
-506694726 2014-12-04 The secondary containment at the battery remains missing at the time of this inspection. Tim Reilly representing Great Plains Exploration reports that this issue is being worked on.
-794320165 2015-03-03 I inspected this well as a routine inspection and follow-up to a previously-issued Compliance Notice for violation of 1501:9-9-05(A)(9) which stipulates the requirement to have secondary containment at tank battery storage . Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery are secure. At the time of this inspection, the well owner has not addressed the existing secondary containment deficiency.
