Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1260199870 2009-12-07 Ground still very rough but farmer should take care of that. Grass growing, all debris picked up, oily spots have been removed.
1341332978 2009-08-06 Inspection found ground has grass growing over most of it but ground very rough - probably too rough to leave for a farmer to run a tractor over. Will ask Supervisor to give his opinion - I would have liked to see ground smoother. Will not pass this day.
-541942191 2009-10-20 Inspection this day found Supervisor Stonerock
-574386006 2009-04-02 Inspection this day to plug the well. Well had jack, small plastic water tank, no ID's found - well has not produced in long time - has hole in the tubing on pack, hole in the casing. See plugging report.
-633702318 2009-06-18 Inspection this day found location has been reclaimed but not to inspector's satisfaction. This is all crop ground and the farmer has worked the field but still some rough spots too rough for him to work. Lease road has few spots that are deeply rutted with water standing in them, puddle of oil where tanks sat, and ground where tanks were needs smoothed - too rough. Pit is filled in and looks good, no plastic found. Piece of 2 steel standing up out of the field that needs removed also.
