-1021022735 2012-07-23 On 7/23/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check. This well shares a lease road with permit number 2-0890. My inspection found the well was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank, one buried concrete brine tank (not being used) and a separator, with the proper identification posted. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition, there are no violations at this time.
1418215662 2014-11-24 I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a buried concrete brine tank, and a separator. A dike surrounded the tank battery. An identification sign was properly posted. There was a plug on the load line. A 7-day production chart was in the separator. The lease road was in stable condition and shared with permit number 2-0890.
