INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-1092803426 2012-10-25 I conducted an urban production well follow-up compliance notice inspection. My inspection found the identification sign posted on the wrong well. I noticed no identification sign at the tank battery, which this well shares with permit number 2-3054. I called Tim Cosma at 330-853-9565 and left a message for the identification sign to be moved to the correct well.

-880102753 2012-08-28 On 8/28/2012, I completed an urban production well inspection status check. This well shares a tank battery with permit number 2-3054 on Diehl South Road. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition and access to the well was located to the right of the tank battery for permit number 2-3050 off of Park Road. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, one 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and no identification. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition. I called Cedar Valley and a new sign will posted with two weeks. There are no violations at this time.
