-1224416880 2014-08-18 I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 01/08/2009. The unit is producing and production reports are current. The producing unit is accessed via a dedicated, gravel-paved access road which extends east from the terminus of the current residential driveway. The access road is level, and well drained with no signs of erosional deficits. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and pump jack system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery in separate board-on-board enclosures. I observed oily impact from leaking stuffing box fitting around the base of the wellhead. I did not observe any other problems at the wellhead. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 100-barrel production tank, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and separator unit. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-outs are bull-plugged. There is secondary containment at the battery and the interior areas are dry. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. Unit identification placards are present at both the battery and wellhead and are in good condition. I contacted Bass Energy about the need to mitigate the oily impact around the wellhead and perform maintenance on the leaking stuffing box.
