Wellhead is located at an intersection of ORV trails at the Hanging Rock Trailhead. Well is idle. Well is not connected to production equipment or lines. Wellhead consists of 8 5/8 inch surface casing, 5 1/2 inch production casing with a swedge to 2 inch with a 2 inch valve attached. 2 inch valve is closed. Wellhead has been damaged and the top of the swedge is bent. The 2 inch coupling on top of the swedge is starting to break due to the damage. No gas leaks were detected at the time of inspection. A review of the scanned images for this well revealed that the well has been plugged back on 1-10-1979 to the top of the Big Lime. Pictures were taken. | ||||
