Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1156291906 2006-08-22 Landowner, John Epler, says he is buying 19 acres back from people he sold it to (Rick Walters, et al), and will have it purchased back in 2 weeks. I gave him domestic expt. Packet and told him to fill out and send in when deal is complete. He says he is using gas from this well and 7799 for his house. No ID's, valves are open. I am resolving this NOV as landowner has proved he is using well. Compliance Notice
1675051267 2007-03-12 This NOV resolved 8/06 - well still producing this day for landowner, still not in his name but no violation.
-42783730 2008-03-27 Met this day with Carper Well Service - they are considering acquiring these wells in the Epler Lease and wanted to know what all was there, status and which wells producing. Told them they could adopt the 3 wells in Stonebridge's name (5154, 5060, well with casing parted) and other 2 had NOV's. They have become friends with landowner and trying to do them a favor, sounds like - would be a positive thing for the State as majority are not producing. Needs to talk to Dave Atha, sister Nancy has wells there also. Seems interested and were going to proceed to acquire.
-772849877 2004-09-11 Inspection this day found well being produced by landowner, well has jack with no motor, needs pulled but does give landowner alittle gas, he says. Tank is 100 bbl, has no ID's, no dike, well was not drilled very close to location, and a long way from tank. Landowner is not a registered owner and cannot become one, he says. Took the lease away from all producers in l993 but not the wells (he thought he got the wells). Big mess legally. No dike and water being run down the hill into creek - have seen oil once in creek from one of these 2 wells - probably 7799 - guy needs to come out and take responsibility
