Therefore the operator must comply with the urban rules listed below in the violation window A more comprehensive description is included with this compliance notice. This well and its tank battery identification signs do not meet the following requirements: 1501:9-9-05E1/1509:3D. Under urban rules signs must meet a certain standard different from normal production wells and tank batteries. Signs must be attached to required fencing. Fences are missing around the wellhead/ pumping unit apparatus. According to 1501:9-9-05E2/1509:03D, fencing specifications must be followed surrounding the tank battery and wellheads. Tanks must also be checked to ensure they are in compliance with 1501:9-9-05E4/1509:03D. Locks must be place where specified according to the regulation 1501:9-9-05E3/1509:03D. Tank battery consists of two 100-barrel steel tanks, small, approximately one barrel oil water separator on top of one of the 100 barrel tanks, and a tall liquid/gas separator in a dike containment area. The 100-barrel tanks are manifold together. The well has a pumping unit lifting product from the 1-3/4 inch tubing which rises out and above 4-inch intermediate casing which is rising from 6-3/8 inch surface casing. Besides production from the production tubing there is also production from the annular space of the intermediate casing and the production tubing.
