INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
2154i223 2002-06-10 See Case #02-011. 6-10-02 Received a complaint from Richard Grunder, 3135 Neimans Ave., East Canton, OH; 330-488-0555; regarding smokey vapor coming out of a stock tank. Inspector Claus met with Mr. Grunder and inspected the site. The pumpjack was running, but there was no visible vapor coming out of the stock tank. There was heavy crude oil staining in the corner of the tank battery dike around the load lines. The soil in this area needs cleaned up along with the soil around the wellhead. The stuffing box also needs cleaned off. An N.O.V. was issued. 6-16-2002 Received a complaint from Mr. Grunder regarding heavy vapor coming out of the stock tank. Called B&B. Frank Perriano returned my call and I explained the situation to him. He said he would inform Mr. Grunder of the cause of the vapor. 6-20-2002 Informed Bob Wagner (B&B) of the soil contamination around the load lines.
2154i254 2002-07-01 Stock tank, separator, lines, and the meter run have been recently painted. Contaminated soils at the wellhead and at the load line valve have not been removed.
