The privacy/safety fence around the well had come apart at one corner. Approached by a resident to have it fixed for safety reasons as there are a lot of children in the park. Contacted the well tender Scot White who was going to repair it immediately. Status: Ok, the well is shut in, plugging permit issued.

1538050241	2012-08-16		Inspected the Hidden Lakes #2 (#4192) as part of a standard productive status check. The well is located inside the Hidden Lakes campground and is on the flood plain of the Kokosing river. Unable to inspect the well site as it is completely enclosed by a eight foot tall plywood fence which is locked. The storage is located outside of the campground approximately .5 miles north on the west side of township road #108. It consists of two green 210 barrel tanks (#38907 & #38908) and a small separator set on a gravel pad. The well identification is unreadable (faded) and needs re-labeled. Talked to George Camphire regarding the well identification, he will have the pumper re-label the sign. Follow-up 8/24/2012, new signs posted.
