| 1321511063 | 2015-02-12 | On the date of inspection I was accompanied by SE Regional Manager Brent Bear to check the status of a well that was not drilled according to RBDMS records. While driving by the well on the road it appeared that the well was for production purposes. After further investigation through RBDMS, I found that the well was listed as an Enhanced Recovery Project that we had no record of being drilled. The production equipment includes a 100bbl tank. The well is equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing, 5.5 inch casing, and surface casing. Valves are in open position. No production has been reported. Well was referred to the UIC program for review due to the fact that the well was permitted as an Enhanced Recovery Project. |
