511257095 2007-07-16 An inspection of the well site and tank battery revealed that approx. 3 months ago the company had a leak and brine escaped dike area, spoke with Dusty Altier at that time and he felt by placing lime and old hay on area, area would heal up and grow grass. Explained to Dusty area should be cleaned up, but would allow him to try his way. Today there is still an area approx. 6'ft x 35'ft that is bare and not growing grass, there area is in a yard. Landowner wants contaminated material hauled out and reclaimed.
