Landowner Wanda Maghus at 740-962-4476, 4731 Dugan Rd. has signed ROE for I/O program and waiting to hear from Columbus. Talked to Dave Ball who was on well when plugged back and he believes open 7 from Berea up. I had been called out to the lease when neighbor reported oil tank on trailer had rolled off trailer, across St. Rt. 376, leaving oily patch, and down into neighbor's field, tearing out fence. Fence has been fixed, oily patch in road and field cleaned up. Tank belongs to Bill Maghus, he claims.
