Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1220483243 2012-10-25 My inspection this day found pits had all been closed in, ground has been smoothed, 210 bbl tank and separator have already been set surrounded by dike. Well is shut in, pumping unit is off to the side and electric is getting installed this day. Reclamation is not complete, well is not producing yet, still need complete identification.
-1224947197 2012-10-03 I had to get cement ticket from surface job and they had finished well - were running open hole log and stayed a few minutes to look at it. The rig was ready to run production string - TD 2200' - and I examined casing noting that it was used and tested and drifted-stamped. Will not be able to witness producing casing cementing.
-787948754 2014-08-13 Upon inspection, it was observed that drilling pits have been filled, location has been graded, and drilling equipment has been removed. There are large areas around the location that are still void of vegetation and need re-seeded and mulched. The lease road is eroded badly in areas, causing sedimentation of drainage area and making ingress/egress a challenge. The well consists of a pumping unit over 7 surface casing, 4.5 intermediate casing, and 2 production tubing. The well appears to be producing, however no production records have been submitted for it. The tank battery consists of a 210 bbl production tank inside a containment dike. The preliminary restoration cannot be passed at this time. North East Fuel Co. will be notified of this situation via phone call.
