1408374827 2014-08-18 I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 09/04/2007. The unit is producing and production reports are current. The producing unit is accessed via a dedicated, gravel-paved access road which extends north from the terminus of the current residential driveway. The access road is level, and well drained with no signs of erosional deficits. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and mechanical plunger-lift system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery in board-on-board enclosures. The wellhead and surrounding area are free of signs of leaks or other impacts. Wellhead fittings and valve structure is intact and shows no signs of leaks or problems with corrosion or integrity. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 100-barrel production tank, 1 100-barrel steel brine tank, and separator unit. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-outs are bull-plugged. There is secondary containment at the battery and the interior areas are dry. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. Unit identification placards are present at both the battery and wellhead and are in good condition. No issues or problems requiring attention at the time of this inspection.
