-1702935347 2014-05-22 Upon inspection, it was observed that the identification information for this well has been updated and is now legible and correct. This satisfies the requirements of the compliance notice.
-522661280 2009-10-06 Columbia Gas Transmission Rework on existing storage well. 620' of 7 casing cut and removed of which contained several holes and badly corroded. The corrosion was prominent around 200'-300'. A similar occurrence was also observed on the workover of Permit No. 302 located approx 1/8 mile down the road. Corrosion also observed on 5.5 casing per Columbia, but not as a severe. 666' of new 5.5 casing installed. Witnessed surface cement. Good returns but did not stay at surface. Waited and topped off from surface after 30 minutes. GPS reading obtained for storage well.
7440726 2014-05-15 Upon inspection, it was observed that there has been no change in the I.D. information for this well. I spoke with CGT Well Technician Rich Fuller and he stated that they have all the new I.D. tags made up and they will be posting them as they come to each well that needs updated identification.
