1358961459 | 2013-01-23 | The well was found idle and with no connected production lines. Valve on the 4.5 was shut. The pit was still in place with an exposed black liner. There were two tanks in an area with no dike. The tanks had holes along the bases from rust. There was no identification on tanks or well head. Steel and plastic production lines were located on ground around tanks and well head. Well has not produced since 2004. Buckeye Oil Producing must produce or plug the well in accordance with ORC 1509.062(A). They must close the pit and restore vegetative growth in accordance to 1509.072(A). Failure to comply may result in a forfeiture of bond.
1359468141 | 2013-01-29 | Compliance Action follow-up for #1358961459: I received a call from Gary Lemon of Buckeye Oil Producing Company this morning and he wants to get the well back into production. In order to do so they need to rebuild the old access road back to the well location. They will need to wait until the ground dries out in order to bring in heavy equipment. They will remove the old tanks and production lines, and fill and grade the pit once they get back to the area. If they cannot service and produce the well they will file plug permit. He said he would also get current with the production forms today.
1372192331 | 2013-06-25 | Arrived on location to witness plugging of H & R Fuller #1. Plug job was performed by Berry Well Services and cement job was completed by Petroset Cementing Services. Berry Well Services ran 2 tubing to 1584' and set a bottom hole plug from 1132-1613' with 30 sacks of Class A 2% cement. They pulled 51 joints of tubing from the hole, ripped the 4.5 casing at 1093', and then pulled 15 joints of 4.5 up to 628'. Petroset then set the 200' surface casing plug from 428-628' with 50 sacks of Class A 2% cement. They then pulled 13 joints in order to set surface plug from 0-220' using 80 sacks of Class A 2% cement. There were good returns and the cement stayed at the surface.
1378393236 | 2013-09-05 | There are still two 210bbl tanks on access road. Vegetative growth has been restored at well location. Site does not meet final restoration requirements. I talked to Gail with Buckeye and he stated he sold the tanks to someone and they were supposed removed two months ago. He will look into the issue.
-2076295337 | 2013-11-04 | The location meets 1509.072 (B) restoration requirements. |
