In the past, ODNR had refused to put well on Enervest bond, landowner said he would take, then next year well showing up on Enervest bond and they sent in plugging application. Have told both parties they need to get legal issues straightened out. Reportedly, well has hole in the casing and landowner will have to get packer run and in production if take it from Enervest - several rigs in the area have snuck onto well and tested it - nobody but landowner seems to want it. Was hoping to get it plugged this day but rig left. | ||||
