1317122738 2011-09-26 Chipco moving rig on location but landowner stopped entrance - says they don't own well. In the past, ODNR had refused to put well on Enervest bond, landowner said he would take, then next year well showing up on Enervest bond and they sent in plugging application. Have told both parties they need to get legal issues straightened out. Reportedly, well has hole in the casing and landowner will have to get packer run and in production if take it from Enervest - several rigs in the area have snuck onto well and tested it - nobody but landowner seems to want it. Was hoping to get it plugged this day but rig left.
-1346818202 2010-03-10 Talked to Kenny Tilton and he says don't believe they are interested in well as the landowner. Maybe if they could pick up a couple others, but not at this time.
-1442015601 2012-03-22 My days this week have been spent plugging this well with fire-clay - we had trouble pulling casing and much of this week has been spent on well.
1542121817 2010-05-27 Called Tim McConnahey to inquire if they were taking ownership of this well. He said would check on it and let me know. Well was listed on Energy Search's bond - when did not transfer to North Coast or Enervest, I called Barb at Energy Search and she checked with Steve Opritza. He said could not find paper trail to show it was Energy Search's - changed owner to UNKNOWN and I asked landowner, Ewing Tilton if he wanted it. Reluctantly, agreed to take well, now Barb at Energy Search says they are transferring to Enervest - so called Tim to see if they are taking it.
-184321605 2014-09-18 Upon inspection, it was observed that the pit has been filled, the location has been graded, all production equipment has been removed, the lease road has been reclaimed, and a full vegetative cover has been established on the entirety of the location. This fulfills the requirements of the final restoration.
188143803 2004-02-13 No owner showing on tank but has permit no., don't think ESI's - well not producing, hasn't for long time, no jack, tank area clean, dry, no dike, someone (landowner) running lines to well?
-2084062397 2010-03-15 Columbus has researched records and said Energy Search is not owner - have changed Owner to UNKNOWN, altho not showing up in this computer.
-617891272 2010-08-25 Received plugging application in mail for this well. Welll had said owner was Unknown and at that time landowner was interested in owning
708527747 2010-01-12 Inspection this day found casing well shut in - not tied to any sales line or house gas line. ID's at tank say EXCO is owner. Well has been idle for several years - have requested Columbus investigate to correct information in computer. 3/1/10 - talked with Barb at Energy Search
-987691362 2010-03-08 Returned Barb from Energy Search's call and talked about this well. Found it on Form 7 and says it should have transferred to North Coast
