The fittings and connections at the pump jack are free from signs of leakage or other problems. The chain-link enclosure is intact and locked. Fittings at the tank battery are free from signs of leakage or problems. The load-outs are bull-plugged and locked. Safety equipment is present. Secondary containment is intact. ID Signage is present. The lease road, shared with the nursery facility, is comprised of hard-packed dirt and is dry and stable currently. The battery is shared with the #2-0883 and #2-884 units.
