1374259819 | 2013-07-18 | Holman Drilling (water well driller) spudded conductor hole on the Tody #1 (#573) with a 9.75 bit on fresh water mud. Drilled 14' yellow sand, 15' brown clay, top of the Lime at 38'. Total depth 47'. Pull out of hole and ream with 12.25' bit to total depth, circulate hole clean. Ran three joints (47') of new 26# 9.625 conductor centralized on bottom. Ran pvc tremme tube on the backside to cement the conductor. Unable to move tremme tube with a chain and back hoe. Lift up on casing 2', unable to remove tremme tube and casing. After several attempts decision was made to shut down for the day due to heat and move mud pump for cementing.

1376047824 | 2013-08-05 | Inspect drill site. Set and cement surface casing. Hole 8.75 inches at 414 feet deep. Set new 7 inch 20 lb/ft pipe to 401 feet. Mike Coyer drilled hole. Erin Huwer pumped cement delivered by Palmer brothers. Pump 75 sacks of Type 1 cement. Good returns. Three centralizers 380 feet, 200 feet, 24 feet.
1376061933 | 2013-08-09 | Blackswamp drilling ahead on air at 630'.Status: ok.
1383054604 | 2013-10-28 | Inspected the Tody #1 (#573) as part of a standard preliminary restoration inspection. Drilling equipment removed, pits are closed and the well is pumping by a Churchill gas powered pumpjack. The well is currently pumping into temporary storage. A permanent storage tank and well identification labels are ordered according to the operator. Erosion control has not been established. Status: preliminary restoration is complete except for erosion control being established. Operator is planning on seeding. Will continue to monitor.
1401734744 | 2014-06-02 | The operator has added one steel 100 barrel tank and the well identification and emergency contact information is marked on the storage. Erosion control has been established around the well site. Status: preliminary restoration complete.
-64391472 | 2013-07-19 | Move in and hook up mud pump. Unable to gain circulation pressure up to 800 psi. 15' clay layer may have swelled and locked in pipe. Move in Holman drilling, go in hole with air hammer and drive conductor to total depth. Decision made to grout conductor hole from the top. Mix and gravity feed 12 sacks Type 1 portland cement to surface which held.
-851881982 | 2013-09-19 | Inspect well and location. Operator stimulate well with equivalent of 80 quarts of nitro methane.
888457722 | 2014-05-08 | At the time of the inspection there was a dirt lease road leading back to the well. An approximately 200 barrel production tank was set up on 6 by 6 beams with no containment dike. Identification for the well has been painted on the tank. There was a 1.5 plastic flow line on top of the ground from the well to the top of the tank. The well has a pumping unit with a gasoline powered motor. A service rig was set up on the well and a 4 bailer was laying off to the east of the well. A 4' by 6' by 4' half tank is just west of the well half full of oil and water. Any pits have been closed and the area has been graded. Vegetation has been reestablished enough to maintain erosion control but sandy soil conditions are inhibiting growth in some areas. The contractor and the landowner will continue attempts to establish vegetation throughout the summer. Preliminary Restoration Passed.
932389643 | 2013-07-24 | Black Swamp Oilfield Services has begun drilling the surface hole with 8.75 bit on air, current depth 97' (Big Lime). Air pit is lined, flowline staked. Status: ok. |
