1039628704 2002-12-11 Compliance Notice
-1192950134 2013-04-03 On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was shut in with a 4.5 to 2 swedge and Demco valve. There was evidence that the well had been equipped with a pumping unit at one time. The pumping unit has been removed and the lines from the well head were not connected. The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel stock tank and one separator. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills. In its current state this well is incapable of production. Make well capable of commercial production within 30 days; or plugging is required within 90 days. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of bond.
-1211238179 2014-05-21 On the day of my inspection I found that the former well site and access road were plowed and planted with agricultural crops. The tank battery is still in use for permit 5691. This site passes restoration.
1371222407 2013-06-13 On the day of my inspection Bakerwell had already ripped and pulled the 4.5 casing and ran 1.5 tubing to 2082'. Omega broke circulation and pumped 90 sacks of class A cement for a 350
-1682751363 2013-06-11 On the day of my inspection I met with Sonny of Bakerwell to discuss the particulars of the plug job. Bakerwell was in the process of moving their rig onto the location and rigging up. Sonny reported that the well does not have rods or tubing inside and there was no gas pressure when the well was opened.
-1906717683 2013-06-12 On the day of my inspection Bakerwell ran 1.5 tubing to 2905'. Omega Cementing broke circulation and pumped 30 sacks of class A cement for a 388' bottom plug.
-2118668531 2013-06-14 On the day of my inspection I found that The cement had only fallen 6 to 7 feet overnight. Bakerwell was cleared to cut the casing off and cap with a steel plate. They closed the pit, moved the rig off location and rough graded the area
