1341320088 2012-06-29 On 6/29/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 210 barrel oil storage tank, with the proper identification posted, one 30 barrel brine tank, and a separator. I noticed no visible spills and leaks. The lease road is in good condition, there are no violations at this time.
317689844 2015-03-26 I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. A 2 inch flow line teed off the 4.5 inch casing to supply domestic gas. The tank battery consisted of a 210 barrel production tank, a 30 barrel brine tank and a mechanical separator. A dike went around the tank battery. The proper identification sign is posted. The lease road is in stable condition.
