1137614552 | 2006-01-18 | Case # 06-001 Called in by Glenn Steele to investigate steel casing above ground. 5 3/16 casing above ground with dirt filled to top. 0 % lel at top of casing. Well was drilled in 1959 and considered a dry hole in Berea formation. TD is 539' Database indicates well was plugged but no record on file. Met with Mr. Steele on site and advised him not to build over well without proper venting. Furnished him with a copy of the well record when drilled. During cutting off of casing ,if gas is encountered call ODNR and apply for I&O well program. Snow, 30 degrees. |
