Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-1574321507 2015-02-10 I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The well was surrounded by a locked, board-on-board fence. The tank battery consisted of two (2), 100 barrel production tanks and two (2) mechanical separators. There was a dike around the tank battery. Identification signs were posted at the well and tank battery; however, the permit numbers were missing. There were plugs on the load lines. A locked, chain link fence surrounded the tank battery. Upon further inspection, I noticed a gas leak on a 3/8 line at the sale line and a small pool of oil under the separator near the entrance of the fence. I called Matt Kleese of KDA. I instructed Mr. Kleese to repair the gas line, clean up the oil lying under the separator and put the permit numbers on the identification signs. A follow-up inspection would be conducted by 2/18/2015.
-1749951515 2012-05-29 On 5/29/2012, I completed an urban production well inspection status check. This well shares a tank battery with permit numbers 2-2812 and 2-2989. My inspection found the well was equipped with a plunger lift unit (rabbit) surrounded by a board-on-board fence, with the proper identification posted, and located in the parking lot of the Shoe Carnival. The tank battery contained two 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one 50 barrel brine storage tank, two separators and the proper identification was posted. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was the paved lot behind the plaza. There are no violations at this time.
