1390320138 2014-01-21 On the day of my inspection I was requested on site due to a tote of drilling soap being spilled outside containment with loss of 2.5bbls. Initial clean-up was with a super sucker upon arrival on site and inspection I requested that further clean-up be done. Talking with Company Man James Pritchard it was agreed to utilize a backhoe on site to remove approximately 6 inches of stone and backfill with clean stone. Nomac Drilling Rig 310 had drilled an 8.5 inch lateral hole to the total depth of 16322 feet. They are currently tripping back in the hole to ream out the lateral with logging to follow. Upon completion of logging they will trip back for further reaming, run 5.5 inch production casing with fiber optics cable and cementing to follow.
-2052754634 2014-01-29 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Nomac Drilling Rig #310 had made one trip in reaming hole and well has been logged. Making up directional tools to trip back in to do further reaming and will follow up with 5.5 inch production casing and cementing. Site inspection revealed no violations.
