1404990270	2014-07-10		Upon arrival on location I found H&P Rig 284 installing 13 3/8 inch diameter casing to the depth of 1924 feet. Schlumberger will be cementing to surface. Established circulation and circulated 60bbls of good cement returns to surface. Bumped plug and held pressure for five minutes. Good test.
-623782771	2014-09-15		I am on site today to meet with Hess Ohio Drilling Superintendent Bob Mcspadden and John Mode. They advised me that this well has 800 PSI on the annulus of the 9-5/8 inch diameter casing string. I advised them to send in for approval a plan to remediate the annular casing pressure.
