| 1353074425 | 2012-11-16 | I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that had an identification sign. The tank battery had the proper dike and contained one, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank with an identification sign. The separator was outside the diked tank battery that was in good condition. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good working condition. There are no violations at this time. |
