Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1146311287 2008-03-31 No one at home - Rob Armstrong acquired these wells, sold them to someone else, took all the equipment and signed them over to the landowner. He is/was using gas for the house. Tank area still has dike, 2 pipe sticking up out of ground - I think they should clean it up.
1373158890 2004-06-08 Inspection this day found well with jack not capable of producing, no chart in meter, well looks like it has been pumped and appears to be piped into nearby garage?, records show has not produced in 10 years. Will get with Darrell Cline regarding all these idle wells and get something resolved. Needs NOV. 6/18/2004 - Darrell confirms that landowner using gas for his shop, so tecnically not an idle well.
-857100592 2004-09-10 Re-inspect - Darrel assured me these 2 wells producing, but talked to landowner - he says wells haven't produced in 3 years, he is using gas for the shop, says Mr. Engle did get a gas check 3 or more years ago. Need to contact Mr. Engle and confirm. When hunting for owner of sales line with complaint, Darrel had told me he bought these wells but not the pipeline, yet now hear that he did sell gas at one time as landowner did yet paid. Mr. Epler says that pipeline broke in flood of '98 so couldn't have sold gas thru that line since then. New landowner says Darrell did pick up something out of tank a couple months ago but felt it was water, and had not been paid for any oil. ID's still say Malvern
