Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-1479975221 2015-01-22 Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is capable of production but is currently shut in. No changes have been made since the last inspection on 7/01/2014. I will contact Mr. Larrey Martin and inquire about plans to produce this well.
1645676330 2013-01-28 Asked to check on status of well by Bureau of Land Management. Well equipped with a plunger lift system. Identification on tank did not include the American Petroleum Institute number but did have the lease name and owner contact information. All producing leases shall be legibly identified in a conspicuous place on or near the well-head or the storage tank as to owner, lease name, well number, permit number where available, county, and an emergency telephone number. Well has made less than the minimum standard since 2000. Well shall be plugged or produced.
-2054697507 2013-03-07 Follow up to 1645676330. The API number had been written on the identification tag. The valves on the production casing were closed.
338585173 2013-03-07 Accompanied Inspector Josh Garland and Jim Wood (from BLM) on this inspection. No production was showing on the chart and all valves were closed on the well head.
479531790 2003-10-17 Inspection this day found well hooked into line and valves open but not producing a lot - needs pulled to produce better and road very bad - will get to it when freezes, he says, tank ID's good, clean, no dike, chart is being changed regularly
-703048022 2014-07-01 Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is shut in and is not producing. I spoke with Larrey Martin's Well Tender Brad Pritchett, and he stated that a service rig is scheduled to come in and re-work this well this summer. Legible and correct identification information was present at the well head.
