-1085445192 2013-03-13 I inspected Dominion East Ohio gas storage well #3137 today. The well is located in Section 19, Green Township, Summit County, Ohio. The well is equipped with a master gate valve, a side gate valve with a 4.00 Daniel's Run plumbed into the main pipeline. There is a flow gate valve with a 3.00 line plumbed into a 100 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches are closed and secure. The storage tank is surrounded by a 2.00' earthen dike sufficient to hold liquids as prescribed in 1501-9-9-05. There are two (2) pickup lines on the storage tank and they are secured with valves and bullhead plugs in place. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the storage tank. No violations found.
1834928023 2014-10-30 I inspected Dominion East Ohio Gas storage well #3137. The well is equipped with a master gate valve and a side gate valve. There is a flow gate valve plumbed with a 3.00 line into a 100 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches on the storage tank are closed and secure. There are two (2) pickup lines on the storage tank and they are secured with valves and bull plugs in place. The tank battery is diked. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the storage tank. The lease road is stoned and drivable. No violations found.
