Fences are missing around the wellhead/ pumping unit apparatus. According to 1501:9-9-05E2/1509:03D, fencing specifications must be followed surrounding the tank battery and wellheads. Tanks must also be checked to ensure they are in compliance with 1501:9-9-05E4/1509:03D. Locks must be place where specified according to the regulation 1501:9-9-05E3/1509:03D. The well has a pumping unit lifting product from the 1-3/4 inch tubing which rises out and above 4-inch intermediate casing which is rising from 6-3/8 inch surface casing. 799026090 2014-02-26 This well was originally cited for Urban Rules violations. There are no longer enforced for this well since this well was drill prior to the implementation of these rules. Well has a complete and accurate identification sign and the operator has already reported 2013 oil and gas production. There are currently no issues on this well.
