316225040 2015-01-28 I was on site following a call from Mr. Stage, the State Fire Marshall. Mr. Stage informed me of a fire incident that occurred on this site. The operator had not notified me. Upon arriving at the site, the fire incident was confirmed. The cause of the fire is still under review. Update to follow after later inspection.
-710998179 2014-11-02 On the date of inspection I was informed by American Energy Utica consultant Jerry Bright that Express Energy Services had drilled a 42 inch diameter hole to a depth of 100 feet. Express ran 181.0lbs/ft 30 inch diameter casing to bottom. Express pumped 30bbl of water ahead then 600sk of Class A cement, 15.6ppg, 1.18 yield, 2% CaCl, 0.50lbs/sk of flake. Express displaced with 74.8bbl of fresh water. 3bbl of cement returned to surface but fell back approximately 2 feet while I was on site. The hole will be topped off the following day.
