1398093505 2014-04-21 Compliance Notice Follow-up 824210178: The valves were open on the production casing and drip tank. I could hear a bubbling sound coming from down in between the 4.5 and 7. There are several broken and buried pieces of orange plastic lines around the well location. I called the number listed in RBDMS and it was no longer in service. There has been no resolution to any of the issues.

2011379059 2014-03-13 On March 13, 2014, I accompanied Inspector Josh Garland to perform a follow up inspection on this well site. Upon inspection, the valve on the 4.5 production casing and the valve coming out of the drip were in the open position. There was no identification information posted at the well. This well has not been brought into compliance.

No production has been recorded since 1990. Our records show Herald Oil & Gas is still the registered owner of this well.
