Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1098892460 2004-10-27 Well is equipped with pump jack, rods and tubing. 1-100 barrel tank with separator in battery. Sun 60 degrees.
-114554167 2014-05-08 Inspected production well on 05/08/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank, and a vertical separator located within an earthen dike. A gas leak was noted at the piping near the separator. It appeared that an attempt had been made to repair it previously, but looks to need additional work. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for all wells utilizing it, but the identification stickers are too faded to read. The well is equipped with a threaded swedge, T, and gauge, and it was shut-in at the time of the inspection. Rods and tubing had been removed from the well and were laying nearby. The well will be monitored for a return to production. No identification is posted at the wellhead. George Hehn with Hehn's Quality Gardens was notified of the leak at the separator and need for new identification at both the tank battery and the wellhead and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
-1599644081 2009-12-11 Well is in production and equipped with pump jack. 1-100 barrel tank and separator in battery. Sun, 20 degrees.
