Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1328221136 2012-01-25 The damaged poly tank has been removed but not replaced, which satisfies the previous report. No violations at this time.
554592390 2012-01-11 Joe Loucek with OEPA called to report a brine tank problem at this tank battery. The top of the poly tank has deteriorated, presumably from exposure and needs to be emptied, removed and replaced. There did not appear to any impact to the ground surface near this tank. I spoke with Mike Cutter and requested tank removal. I left replacement to his discretion. He can use the 100 bbl stock tank for brine storage depending on well production.
