1394815895 | 2014-03-14 | On the day of this inspection, I observed that this site consists of a well head and drip. No tanks were present at the well site. Upon inspection, the well had an identification placard with legible information, but the API number was listed as a 0 series, while Columbus has this well listed as a 2 series. I contacted Columbia Gas Well Technician Debbie Waller to notify her of the situation. |
