1034864827 2014-11-20 On the day of my inspection I witnessed that H&P Drilling Rig #531 had drilled an 8.5 inch diameter lateral hole to the depth of 14550 feet. H&P ran and successfully cemented 14546 feet of 5.5 inch production casing. Site inspection revealed that H&P Drilling Rig #531 was walking the rig to the Wheeler 5H and the pits were being cleaned. H&P plans to begin drilling late tonight on the 17.5 Inch diameter surface hole.
1415132820 2014-11-04 On the day of my inspection I witnessed H&P Drilling Rig #531 drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to the depth of 1384 feet and Franks Casing crew ran 1363 feet of 13.375 inch 54.5#/ft. J-55 Surface Casing washing the last joint down. Halliburton was on site and gained circulation and pumped 10bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with1385 sacks of class A cement 15.6ppg, 1.19cuft/sk cement, verified by mud scales. Displaced cement with 204bbls of fresh water had good cement returns of 44bbls, plug was landed at 540psi and pressured to 1050psi for 5 minutes and the floats held.
1818739670 2015-04-17 On the day of my inspection the site passed preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A.
-307337884 2014-11-10 On the day of my inspection I witnessed H&P Drilling Rig #531was sidetracking their intermediate borehole with a 12.25 inch diameter bit at a depth of 6590 feet around a 1000 foot kick plug that was set on Saturday with a planned td of 7180 feet.
