I received an email from the company to inspect 2 other wells in the area to clarify which one of the two was producing and which one was plugged. The inspection reveled that both of the wells in question were plugged and had supporting documentation. The well needs to be changed from HP to PR and the owner as Bands Oil Company. This well is the one they have actually been producing. This well needs to be registered, it also needs the proper well identification on the tanks. There is also an electrical line feed to the well that needs to be properly installed and not strung through the trees and lying on the ground. The electric needs to be put on poles or buried in accordance with wiring codes. | ||||
