1395243516 2014-03-19 On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling had set 43' of new 11.75 conductor casing on 3/13/14. They were drilling the surface hole at a depth of 400'. There was a mixed string of new and used 8.625 casing on the racks. They claimed that the used casing was comprised of left over tested joints from the last three wells drilled. The permit was posted in the drilling rig. I found no leaks or spills and there were no sags or tears in the pit liner.
1395658162 2014-03-21 On the day of mty inspection Wheeler Drilling ran 510' of new and used 8.625 casing equipped with two centralizers. Cemenco cemented the casing to surface with 150 sacks of class A cement. There were approximately 0.5 barrels of cement circulated to the surface. The casing pressure test will be conducted after the cement has set up.
1395671226 2014-03-24 On the day of my inspection Mackenco pressured the surface casing up to 300 psi and shut it in. The pressure decreased by 10 psi after 30 minutes. The pressure test passed and Wheeler Drilling was authorized to resume drilling operations.
1396013469 2014-03-27 On the day of my inspection Wheeler Drilling ran 975' of new 7 casing. Cemenco power-mudded the casing to surface with 5 tons of fire clay. The permit was on location, there were no sags or tears in the pit liner and I found no leaks or spills.
1600557188 2014-09-29 On the day of my inspection I found that the pit had been closed, and the site had been graded and seeded. There was well established grass growth over 70% of the location. I found no drilling equipment or materials. The well was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of one 210 barrel storage tank, one 100 barrel brine tank and an earthen dike. Identification was posted and I found no leaks or spills. This site does not pass restoration at this time.
-1929606743 2014-04-17 On the day of my inspection I found that Wheeler Drilling was drilling at a depth of 2300' with a 6.5 bit. The permit was posted in the drilling rig. There were no sags or tears in the pit liner and I found no leaks or spills around the drill site.
