Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-1103871163 2013-05-23 Well is equipped and capable of production. Tank battery has been disconnected. Remedial work has been performed in the area in which the tank battery sat. I spoke with John Schneider about this and he stated that they are getting ready to move the tank battery close to the road. No violations noted. Compliance Notice
-321498277 2009-11-03 Inspection this day found well with jack idle, poor ID's (faded), no one has been down road to well in long time - chart wadded up in meter but believe it says 12/06, evidence of salt water around the tank, deer tracks. Company has turned in production for '07 and '08 - wonder how they are determining that - valves at well shut off. Will ask to get ID's up, get well in production before writing NOV. 11/4/- Company has dozer out at well, working on road - believe they will have well back going soon. John Schneider says well makes a lot of water, tanks not in good spot to haul out of and probably why well is down, will try and solve problem.
953077202 2009-11-02 Inspection this day found well with jack, valves shut, old chart in meter says 12/06. Erosion around the tank from brine leakage, deer are still frequenting even though well not pumped. Annual production shows well produced in '07 and '08.
